Rhinoceros rangers, wildlife rangers, or protection rangers is a job with various levels of employment. There are several levels: auxiliary rangers, outdoor law enforcement, law enforcement, wildlife officers, and protection rangers. Some of these positions will work alone while others will have a group of other rangers assisting them. Of the few companies that offer the job, the ranger position was the lowest paying. But in recent times, the average salary has increased to $57,543.
Rhinoceros are known to have many battles with humans. Over the years, individuals and groups have been battling to save the rhino population by using guns to kill rhinos in retaliation. The rhinos are one of the largest animals in the world. They can weigh up to a ton. In South Africa, rhinos can weigh 1,000 pounds (454 kilograms). The average lifespan of the animal is estimated at 40 years.
Rhinoceros are stocky, short-horned mammals, with all the most obvious features: horns, head, and body. They have no tail, a solid rounded body, long and curved legs and extremely long, powerful horns. Their primary sense is a keen sense of smell. They also are equipped with long, sharp, spiral-like incisors and an extremely sensitive and muscular sensitive palate. They live in groups, but solitary adult males and females may live alone.
The Rhinoceros is a large, heavy-bodied, wrinkled, long-horned, hoofed mammal classified in the artiodactyl family Bovidae. Within this family, it belongs to the subfamily Tragelaphinae, also known as the bush or bushy-horned antelopes. The Rhino shares its genus with the White Rhino, the slightly smaller African Black Rhino, and the Indian Elephant.

Freehand orthopaedic skills are traditionally acquired by observing a trained instructor perform the skill. An unusual approach to this acquisition is presented using image-guided functional electrical stimulation (FES) to stimulate an arm of a student to perform a wrist flexion when the student is in a prone position. Using a trigger system, the student performs the required wrist flexion under the instructor’s guidance. A fast motion camera allows a computer to recognize the pose of the limb and a goniometer is used to measure the angle of flexion of the wrist. The signal generated by the computer controls a FES device that activates the arm of the student. For each wrist flexion, the student receives an electrical pulse that activates a wrist flexion. It is hypothesized that by using this system the student’s wrist flexion accuracy and the speed of learning will be significantly increased.Tommy Brockman
