A tower defended by four guardian statues gives life to a beautiful forest populated by animals and plants who have their own stories to tell. Then one night the statues come alive…
Unfortunately, these guardians aren’t there to protect the world, but rather to kill anyone who sets foot inside the land. Any person who enters is subject to an ancient curse that wants to eat them.
But not all of the statues came to life to kill. A trio of statues are called to another world, an ancient world just now waking up from its eternal slumber.
Princess Calliope is the last descendant of a noble family and the fate of the world now lies in her hands. In the ancient land of Erdun she must solve puzzles and pass hoops of questions to save the world. Only then will the ancient magic of the land be broken and the world will be safe for the inhabitants of land, sea and sky once again.
With the aid of two unlikely companions and a young and reckless nomad, Calliope must unlock the mystery of the land while trying to survive the greater dangers of a new land and an ancient evil.

Challenges and Gameplay
The game will have turn-based combat, exploration and puzzle solving.
During battles you’ll fight hordes of enemies and traps and can also use your companions’ skills. Even though enemies will be significantly weaker than you you’ll have the ability to take several hits before dying.
Exploration will require you to collect the stamps you’ll find scattered throughout the landscape. But there’s also an editor integrated to the game that will allow you to make and share your own stamps.
The story involves you solving puzzles, conversing with the people of the forest, and finding all the stamps in the land.
After the story the game has a custom sandbox feature where you can create your own side-quests, items, enemies, and bosses and the editor will allow you to share your creations with other players on Facebook.

Cult of the Dead Cow presents a new strategy game – Snip & Zap. Snip & Zap blends the elements of the best elements of chess and Risk into one all-encompassing, turn-based strategy game. With five game-play modes, there is a strategic depth that is unparalleled! It’s a fast, fun, and simple game that will entertain any gamer.
It has a 5-10 minute single-player game; or up to 4 players simultaneously against the computer opponent. The quick and casual 1 player mode is ideal for play at parties. Snip & Zap has four game modes available: Play Mode, Classic, Xor and Time Attack.
Play Mode
6 different game-modes are available that mix into one massive game. You can also play two-player non-strategic matches against a human or the computer.
Classic
The Classic mode is played like chess. The squares on the board represent pieces. Click on the squares to move them.
Xor
One of the more advanced modes. With the pieces being XOR-mapped on the board, the Xor mode mixes all the board pieces into one super-piece. You must battle with both the XOR board and your opponent. The game flows much like in a game of Risk.
Time Attack
This mode makes the game play similar to the strategy game Dune. All the pieces and colors are randomly placed on the board. At the end of each round the board is reset to its initial state. The objective of Time Attack is to score the highest score over the course of the game.
Multi-Color
This mode is the same as the Classic mode but with Multi-Color pieces. The goal is to defeat the board and create a mystical rainbow-colored circle. The longer you stay in the circle, the more points you score.
Xor_Multi-Color
This mode takes the Xor board and mixes in the Multi-Color pieces. The goal is to create your own rainbow. Points are scored for the length of time that you survive.
This game is completely free to play, has no annoying IAPs, and is high quality.
What is the difference between Snip & Zap and other App or Browser Chess?
