tumsa nahin dekha is based on agneepath. the film features emraan hashmi, dia mirza, payal malhotra in the lead roles. the film also has decent music, decent background score and decent songs. the film is about a wealthy man who desires to marry a woman he hates, on the condition that he marry the woman’s sister. in order to do so, he spends huge amount of money. unfortunately for him, he looses the bet of loving or hating a woman, which led to the loss of money.
tumsa nahin dekha follows the set pattern of similar-sounding love stories. however, the turning point in the tale is that the boy is forced to marry someone he despises and in turn, he makes an offer to his beloved to be his mistress. other than that, there’s precious little in terms of novelty.
but that’s where it all gets a bit disappointing. the rest of the songs are average. the album is fun and enjoyable to listen to, but doesn’t really excite. the final 30 minutes of the music are made up of the same song, ‘tumsa nahin dekha’ with different music. one wonders if this was done on purpose to prevent you from reaching the end of the album.
