Sims 2 Rape Mod
If you like your Sims vampires, demented music and superpowers, youll like Fear The Reaper. Theres a lot to this mod, ranging from completely new game mechanics, to new locations and new objects, but all things achive the effect of increased blood-curdling terror! There are two distinct worlds to the mod, and they can be played in any order. The original world, the night time-themed one (theres a daytime world too, but it wasnt as interesting as its counterpart), contains a selection of new furniture, such as coffins, and the option to play Vampires, unlike The Sims 3s previous Vampires. The new world is much darker, and theres more emphasis on horror than on the original series. There are plenty of off-screen choices to make (and around 40 prompts to listen to when theyre active), along with some horrifying new murders. You can now build a nightclub (and their partner businesses, such as a barbershop and detective agency), and this leads to yet more horrifying actions for new crimes to be committed. Theres free DLC that adds Death Dolls, and more.
In The Sims: Medieval, town names can be changed, and old characters can be replaced with new ones. This is done to try and avoid favouritism, but when you have two different worlds with their own records and stories (one decidedly more horrible than the other), you might not need to worry too much. In some ways, however, theres far less variety of location choices here than in Sims 3: Superstar And that has ruined the cast of characters for me. Everyone they introduce seems to be a minor character, or a very stereotypical one for the town of Medieval Europe, such as an all-purpose blacksmith, who can make a sword, or a gunsmith, who can make a gun. Even more-important characters are just an afterthought, such as the librarian, but theyre so boring I cant see the point in spending skill points on them. Luckily, theres more than enough new characters to keep you interested.
Introduced in Sims 2, the ghost of Melissa Overton is the spirit of a classic Sim character: the bride-to-be. Melissa Overton was killed in a fall from a window during an ill-fated nuptials, but remained in the picture in one way or another. Her ghost is even mentioned in the afterword in a cameo. There seems to be two problems with this: first, theres not really any good reason why Melissa would be a ghost. In Sims 2, she was essentially just a statue surrounded by rose bushes. Theres no reason for her to stay, and no reason for her to appear as a ghost. One of the strongest possibilities is that Melissa somehow got in the house through a secret entrance in Strangetown, and hid her presence from the family. However, this might be due to a problem with the’secret’ modding in Strangetown.
Introduced in Sims 2, the Witch Of Darklings is the spirit of a character from a much older game, the original Sims. Susan Darklings is a witch who, as a young child, was born to a half-fairy mother and a dragon father. She is a divorcee who burned her fairy halfs wings off due to a divorce, and is now a vampire. She is basically the evil step-mother, and is in total control of the Darkling family. They live in a large manor, and with only eleven Simoleons, she can buy them. She makes her appearances mostly through the night, by throwing knives at the familys windows. She comes across as a fairly vindictive person, although this hasnt been written entirely in her favor. Susan Darklings also has a spirit animal named Groobel, who she rides on her broom and uses to scare people. Although it appears he isnt actually magic, she can summon him by standing on the wraithed house. Susan Darklings can be found in Darkling Manor, and isnt marked as deceased. She comes as a free DLC, but you can use the Make A Witch mod to unlock her for free. She only drops 1000 Simoleons at her first appearance and 1500 at the second, but is otherwise quite cheap, and will only have you terrified.
