This may be a bit late, but I ran into the same problem and found the answer. All you need is Acronis Backup & Recovery. With that software, you can back up your Windows 10 Pro partition, format it, and install Windows 10 Pro from scratch. It will install everything – including the Windows Defender Signature update- and all your apps and files will be intact.
You can download the full version of Acronis here. I chose the 32-bit version for this, but I guess a 64-bit version might work as well.

So, if I write a code this way, the output is 3.000000.
Is it true that if I write the above code like this, the output would not be 3.000000.

In my opinion, when using floating point types, if you write it like the first code, the output would be 3.000000. Is it true?

The float in the code, when converted to an int, loses precision.
You can write the code this way:
