A: Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Start, and type “HDRCtrl” in the search box. Then, press “Enter” to open “Control Panel” and select “Appearance and Personalization”.

Q: What is your username on Stardock?

A: The user name is “stardock” and it can be obtained by registering on Stardock website.

This is a very nice theme, but I’ve found a bug or two. As I clicked to change the theme to HDR I opened the HDRCtrl box and that’s when I found the display of the window looks kind of choppy. It looks like a window is on top of the other, and the background is kind of too clear. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Q: I keep getting a warning message after installing the theme, the warning message says that this theme is incompatible with “windows theme manager” then it crashes, and the themes button on the sidebar in win 7 is also not working.

A: The message that says that it’s incompatible with “windows theme manager” should be a notice. I guess you have installed this theme without uninstalling the Windows 7 Theme Manager. And if you did it, then you should try this to remove the theme manager and re-install the Windows 7 Theme Manager from the Control Panel’s “Windows Themes and Fonts” option.
