The screensaver on a Retina MacBook Pro is a feature of the OS X operating system. It would not be controlled in the Settings application.

You can control when the screensaver displays by using the software com.apple.screencapture.screensaver.timer.
How to install
The time you wish to set must be an integer at 10, 20, 30, 40, 45 or 50 minutes.
You must have ~/Library/Services/com.apple.screencapture.screensaver.timer.plist in place.
Other parameters can be set as follows:

Months = 0 or 1 to set the days of the month used for the screensaver timer. 1 for the first and 0 for the rest.
Hours = 0 to 59
Minutes = 0 to 59
Seconds = 0 to 59

The screensaver timer starts on login.
To install the service, you need to open the Terminal application (you can do this in the Utilities folder. It is hidden by default). You will be prompted for an administrator password. You will also be asked to confirm that you want to install the service.
