Doslib For Autocad 2016 12
i don’t know if this is a windows thing or not. i have a pc with 4 hard drives and when i load autocad i get a message about doslib and it says that my pc only has 3 hard drives. so i have to go through the list of drives on my pc to find the correct drive and install autocad on that drive. then the message comes up about the not enough hard drives and then it gives me the option to select a drive. i have to do this for every time i load autocad. i use the same drive for installing and running autocad so i always have to go through the same process. this is ridiculous.
i’m sorry if you have already answered this but i have had to go to the microsoft website and find the same answers. i tried searching for my question for a long time before posting it. i did find a web site that said to load doslib.exe first and then the autocad program but that didn’t work. it didn’t even seem to install. it just said loading the programs and then it says a message that i have to load the programs. this is just a message not a problem with any of the programs. the message is just annoying and time consuming.
another thing about this is that if i don’t load the programs on the correct drive the message says “doslib is not loaded”. the message doesn’t say anything about the incorrect drive. it just says that doslib is not loaded. all i have to do is load autocad on the correct drive and then the message goes away. if i load doslib on the incorrect drive then it says that doslib is not loaded.
